I was a Singaporean, now a U.S. citizen, who pursued both my bachelor's and master's degrees in Finance at the University of San Francisco. After serving in the Singapore Armed Forces and gaining experience in the banking sector until 1993, I embarked on a new journey by relocating to Guam. There, I established a successful wholesale business catering to local hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, and retail stores. My family, consisting of my wife and three boys, made a significant move to Houston, Texas in 2006, driven by the aspiration to provide our children with a superior education in the United States. Fluent in languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, I expanded my professional horizons by obtaining my Real Estate Salesperson license in 2007 and subsequently securing my Broker license in 2011.
