The CK team is by far the post professional real estate team I've worked with period. I went through a full cycle of buying, renting and selling with them and I can honestly say you won't find a group of people who are more caring, capable and effective. They listened to my preferences and took me on a tour the next day due to short notice and were able to negotiate a really good deal for me to purchase it. When I wanted to sell, they first gave me a full presentation on their plan including marketing channels, necessary cleaning/mod and pricing expectations. It was super helpful to me since I didn't have much experience in this area and knowing what to expect was comforting. The whole process was just easy and simple and most important of all - no surprises. I ended up selling my house at a better prices in a shorter time than I expected during the COVID pandemic. CK team is extremely professional and efficient. Our neighbor's house was on market 5 months before and was not sold, which made us afraid it would be a difficult sale. However, my home got sold within a week on the market, at a higher price than my expectation!!!!!! The closing was so smooth, on the other hand, my neighbor's house is still on market!
