As an experienced Realtor, representing both Sellers and Buyers within the City of Houston and surrounding areas, Vivian delights in helping her clients find their dream home. She enjoys educating her clients in the selling and buying process. She also offers her staging skills, knowledge of loan products and valuable title experience to her clients. Vivian is a native Houstonian who lives in the Cypress area. She is the mother of three daughters. She is active in church and bible studies. She has a passion for gardening and landscape design to which she often shares her passion with her clients as she teaches them how to beautify there own yards.

I relocated to Cypress, Texas from St. Paul, Minnesota with my husband and our 4 cats in 2017 to be near the ocean and enjoy balmier weather. I love exploring Houston and the beautiful neighborhoods that surround the city. Prior to becoming an agent, I worked for 15+ years in the payroll industry which means I am no stranger to staying organized with paperwork or keeping up with changing laws and regulations. I enjoy being able to bring my experience in relocating to others moving to our vibrant city. Houston is very spread out and this can be overwhelming for any buyer but I'm here to be your guide from start to finish.
