Lynne also loves working with investors. Whether it's for a "buy hold" or a "fix flip" she focuses on seeking out profitable properties. Advising the client and their contractor on floor plans and finishes is her favorite element of the strategy. She has a natural flair for design and architecture, stays on top of the current market trends and is always happy to share her expertise and insight. In her spare time you can find her on the tennis court, carting around Old Town Tomball or rehabbing her personal properties. Lynne is the mother of two grown boys and has lived in NW Houston for over 30 years.
