Prior flight attendant experience and training with a major airline for 12 years, along with the past 33 years as a REALTOR has given GeGe the people to people skills one needs in the Real Estate business. She has been actively involved in the Lions Club, Montgomery County Association of Realtors while continuing to volunteer throughout The Woodlands and surrounding areas. Raised in The Woodlands, Teresa Sartin is the Team Lead of the Sartin Team. Prior to starting her real estate career, Teresa owned and operated her own business for 20 years. She has been a resident of Montgomery County for over 45 years, by therefore she is familiar with The Woodlands, North Houston, Spring, Conroe, and surrounding areas. As born leader and entrepreneur, Teresa's quaint dreams of being a realtor, quickly transgressed into leading a one of the top award-winning teams at Keller Williams Realty, The Woodlands and Magnolia. Jennifer serves on the board of Rotary House, a housing program for out-of-town families and patients receiving extended treatment at area hospitals. She and her husband, Mike, serve on the Parent Committee of YoungLife, and they are active at The Woodlands Methodist Church.

Jennifer attended Klein HS in Houston. She holds a bachelor's degree from TCU and a graduate degree from Duke University.

Jennifer and Mike have two sons and a daughter-in-law. Sam and Sarah are graduates of Texas A&M University and live in Houston. Kyle attended The Woodlands HS and is currently studying at Oklahoma State University.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, watching sports, tailgating and connecting with friends over a great meal.

Originally from China, Xiuyan has been a resident of The Woodlands since 2008 and has developed a great affinity for the area and all that it has to offer! After living in the United States for 15 years, she has resided in multiple cities and communities across the country, but has yet to experience the same connection that she has with The Woodlands area. She particularly appreciates the community’s natural environment, its amenities and conveniences, school, weather, and the relatively low living costs. As a real estate agent, she aspires to introduce buyers to a community where they will feel this same connection and appreciation.

Prior to real estate, Xiuyan had been quite successful academically. She earned her BE and PhD degrees in prestigious chemical engineering programs offered by Tsinghua University in China and the University of Minnesota, respectively. After having children, however, Xiuyan decided to stay at home to raise them for the last eight years. With a desire to get back to work while still raising her children, Xiuyan opted to pursue a career in real estate due to its flexible hours and minimal travel.
