Jay was born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii, and relocated to The Woodlands, Texas in 2008. He obtained his license to sell real estate in the state of Texas in 2009. In 2014, Jay co-founded Zarco Properties which has been one of the most successful boutique real estate brokerages in The Woodlands over the last decade. Jay represents buyers and sellers throughout the Houston area, and is considered to be one of the best buyer and listing specialists in Northern Houston, The Woodlands, and Lake Conroe. Jay's drive to help his clients find their perfect home as well as his passion for a challenge endears him to his clients and keeps them coming back time and time again.
