Marian brings a wealth of experience in remodeling and staging properties. She honed these skills while helping her husband, who is a builder and a real estate investor in Houston. My name is Zach Perkins and I grew up in the Houston area on the North side (Scenic Woods to be exact). The mantra for my business is: Faith Honesty Integrity! I am married to Kristin Lee Sanders, whom I met at Baylor. We live in The Woodlands Village of Panther Creek with our 5 wonderful kids (girl,boy,girl,identical twin boys). I was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas where my parents recently relocated from to The Woodlands. I loves to play golf (don't get to very often), tennis (really don't get to very often), and most of all spend time with his family doing whatever the kids want to do. The family attends Crossroad Baptist Church where we are involved in Sunday School and the Childrens Program.  We've been blessed to serve our community, church, and school (The Woodlands Christian Academy) in many ways over the years.
