Zach Perkins

My name is Zach Perkins and I grew up in the Houston area on the North side (Scenic Woods to be exact). The mantra for my business is: Faith Honesty Integrity! I've been working in real estate for 21 years. I am open to all areas of Houston, and I am most familiar with real estate in both North and South Houston. In fact, my favorite parts of the city are Humble, Woodlands, Sienna Plantation, Riverstone and Sugarland because of the vast diversity of homes and families. They also have great parks and walking trails for the outdoor enthusiast.

To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community and becoming a community leader. True service to the community is paramount. I am a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and enjoy spending my time meeting and learning more about people. Networking gives me the opportunity to meet others in the area, stay up-to-date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers.

I believe it is important to approach every transaction with a collaborative mindset so a win-win outcome will always be achieved. That's why I work very diligently to communicate with all parties involved in the transaction.

I am also an ordained pastor and I enjoy teaching and sharing the Word of God with all people. This has been one of the most rewarding vocations I have ever experienced.

In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my family and doing fun things all the time (going to the movies, working out and reading). Truly enjoying life! I am a part of the American Kidney Foundation and support many of their fundraising efforts. Currently, I am also a kidney patient.
