SISSEL THORSEN REALTOR® Sissel was born and raised in Norway, lived in Athens, Greece and landed in Houston in 2001 – so she knows all about relocating, the excitement but also the stress involved in setting up a home in a new location. Sissel has specialized in helping families relocate to Houston in a seamless and stress-free way. Sissel has an extensive finance background from previous work in Oslo, Athens and Houston which included employment in the banking and shipping industry. She has dealt with customers from all over the world and has brought her customer service, negotiating and communication skills to her real estate business. Her goal is to assist buyers to find a home and neighborhood where they feel safe, happy, and a valued member of the community. "Different strokes for different folks" applies to homes and Sissel wants to make sure every home matches the homeowner desires. She will ensure each transaction is right for the client, and every interaction is resolved in the best possible way. When she's not working, Sissel plays league tennis with girlfriends, skis in the winter, hits the beach in the summer, and travels as often as she can.
