I was born and raised in Houston and bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling Real Estate in Houston. I know the housing market of Houston and all of its surrounding areas: Katy, Humble, Cypress, Pearland, Clear Lake and Galveston. I will work with you to find the right home or apartment at the right price, with all of the criteria you have for your ideal home. After helping you find your dream home, you may be left wondering how you will sell your current home. I will work with you to find the right buyer at the right price. You will need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate purchase contracts, arrange financing, oversee inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can handle all of your selling needs; from start to close. I can consult on Home Selling Tactics, that buyers oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Simple things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
I am a native Houstonian; I have seen the Houston and surrounding areas grow and develop into the most sought after destination to work and live! In addition, having the knowledge of the neighborhood's history and development, better serves my clients in selling, buying and/or leasing residential and commercial properties. Exceeding the expectations of service is my priority. My goal is to set a standard of excellence in my industry. A fourth generation Houstonian, Sarah grew up in Tanglewood and attended The Kinkaid School. Upon graduation, Sarah chose the foothills of Santa Barbara, California for college. She returned to Houston in 2009 and began working for world renowned Houston restaurateur Tony Vallone. Sarah quickly became an invaluable asset to Mr. Vallone but wanted to transition into real estate.
Real estate was a natural fit for Sarah. She started as a licensed assistant to Top Producer Cathy Cagle in 2010.
Working for Cathy, Sarah honed her skills and became experienced in all aspects of real estate - from relocation to assisting buyers and sellers in all areas of Houston and at all price points. She quickly developed a reputation as one of the top assistants in Houston and developed a name for herself amongst the real estate industry and the Houston community. Sarah also represented her own clients and she and Cathy have been Top Producers every year.
Sarah and Cathy are now partners, often co-listing properties. She has quickly climbed the ranks to become a Top Producer, representing an impressive base of both buyers and sellers in the Houston community.
Sarah and her husband Scott live in the Heights and are actively involved with their community. They are basketball fans and enjoy attending Houston Rockets games as well as cheering for their favorite college teams (Sarah for the North Carolina Tar Heels and Scott for the Kansas Jayhawks). Sarah volunteers with her alma mater Kinkaid and enjoys skiing and hiking in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and golf and hiking in the mountains of North Carolina.
