Native Houstonian Amy Bush welcomes a broad spectrum of clients in her career as a residential real estate agent. While a student at Houston's Incarnate Word Academy, Amy easily befriended classmates from an array of socio-economic backgrounds and cultures. Her open, inclusive outlook is reflected in her volunteer commitments which encompasses her church, projects for St. Thomas High Scchool, St. Pius X High School and Strake Jesuit College Preparatory, DePelchin Children's Center, and a mentoring program for single pregnant women.

No stranger to hard work, Amy's first job was as a preteen, helping her mother support their family. That early work experience not only gave me independence and confidence, but instilled in me compassion for others, Amy says. In her work with political leaders, the media and contributors, Cathy developed formidable research, communication and strategizing skills. Upon returning to Houston, she worked to market Sam Houston Race Park, conducting extensive market evaluations and developing sales. Cathy's long-standing community involvement includes vice president of communications for The Baylor College of Medicine Partnership, board member of The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, co-vice president of membership for the Partnership of Baylor College of Medicine, past Houston Symphony Kick-o chairman, past Women's Fund for Health and Education Luncheon chair, Citizens for Animal Protection Celebrity Paws honoree and former founding supporter of Saving Animals without Borders. Nicole Calderon is a sales associate with Douglas Elliman, a builder and development services company headquartered in Houston, TX. Nicole launched her real estate career in 2003 as an associate at John Daugherty Realtors in Houston, TX. It was there that Nicole developed a passion for working with both buyers and sellers of residential real estate throughout the city. Following her tenure with John Daugherty Realtors, Nicole joined Personette and Associates, a real estate brokerage firm, specializing in providing sales, marketing and consulting services for builders and developers nationwide. Nicole immediately found her niche and passion for large project sales and management and she went on to work with some of Houston's top developers and builders. Today, Nicole is enjoying a position with Douglas Elliman, where she works with numerous developers from conception to sell-out on various projects from Tanglewood to River Oaks. Having spent most of her childhood and early adult years living in Europe, Nicole understands and enjoys working with other cultures. She understands the challenges of acclimating to a new home in a new environment and she is well-versed in making that transition a seamless and enjoyable time. In her spare time, Nicole spends much of her time enjoying everything that Houston has to offer including dining out at the various Houston restaurants or taking in an art show or performance at one of Houston's performing art centers.

A fourth generation Houstonian, Sarah grew up in Tanglewood and attended The Kinkaid School. Upon graduation, Sarah chose the foothills of Santa Barbara, California for college. She returned to Houston in 2009 and began working for world renowned Houston restaurateur Tony Vallone. Sarah quickly became an invaluable asset to Mr. Vallone but wanted to transition into real estate.

Real estate was a natural fit for Sarah. She started as a licensed assistant to Top Producer Cathy Cagle in 2010.

Working for Cathy, Sarah honed her skills and became experienced in all aspects of real estate - from relocation to assisting buyers and sellers in all areas of Houston and at all price points. She quickly developed a reputation as one of the top assistants in Houston and developed a name for herself amongst the real estate industry and the Houston community. Sarah also represented her own clients and she and Cathy have been Top Producers every year.

Sarah and Cathy are now partners, often co-listing properties. She has quickly climbed the ranks to become a Top Producer, representing an impressive base of both buyers and sellers in the Houston community.

Sarah and her husband Scott live in the Heights and are actively involved with their community. They are basketball fans and enjoy attending Houston Rockets games as well as cheering for their favorite college teams (Sarah for the North Carolina Tar Heels and Scott for the Kansas Jayhawks). Sarah volunteers with her alma mater Kinkaid and enjoys skiing and hiking in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and golf and hiking in the mountains of North Carolina.

Native Houstonian Kate Cancelmo relishes her demanding real estate career and the diverse opportunities it presents for growth and success. Before becoming a Realtor, Kate worked in the investment management industry, an experience she says honed her communication skills and now helps her to be one step ahead of her clients. "There's such a sense of fulfillment when I've helped my clients gain what they set out to achieve," she says.

Kate attended West U Elementary, Lanier Middle School, and Lamar High School. From there she went to Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia where she graduated with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. During college, Kate spent a semester abroad studying art and architecture in Paris while absorbing the culture from her French host family. Kate credits her education and upbringing for her ability to envision the potential in a house that is less than perfect. She uses her eye for architecture and interior design to suggest possibilities buyers may not have considered and to guide sellers as they prepare their homes for sale.

Kate also spent cherished summers in the Texas Hill Country at Camp Mystic. "I'm still in touch with my Mystic friends and greatly value those relationships. My growing network has taught me that you never know where your connections will take you, and I now use those resources to benefit my buyers and sellers."

Kate shares a love for the outdoors with her brother, a TCU graduate, and her parents who taught her the meaning of hard work and the importance of helping others. Kate serves as a Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Breeders Greeters Committee Member and Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation – Stewards of the Wild Houston Chapter Member. She is a parishioner at St. Anne Catholic Church, enjoys playing league tennis, cooking, and walking her Irish doodle, Rita.

Cynthia has been in the real estate industry for more than 13 years and been a licensed Realtor for more than nine years. She is a part of the HAR Global Advisory Group assisting International Clients buying or selling here or in other countries, focusing in Latin America. Cynthia also has her CIPS prestigious Real Estate designation -Certified International Property Specialist. In addition to her own real estate career, she and her husband, a custom home builder, spend a portion of each day looking at properties and new construction in or near the West University area where he grew up and now builds luxury homes, an activity that helps keeps her up-to-date on what's happening in the ever-changing WU market.
Being married to a home builder has added to my understanding of construction and how a home is built, from placing the studs to specialty sheetrock to finishes and even the selection of a roof, Cynthia observes. Veronica Cantu is a tenured real estate professional proud to be an associate with Nino Properties, celebrating more than 40 years working with newcomers to the city and local Houstonians.
