Understanding today's sellers and buyers requires more than experience in Real Estate. Technological advances, work-life balance, cultural preferences and the economy are all factors that are shaping up Houston's neighborhood clusters more than ever before. My mission as a Realtor is to overdeliver, to be an agent of progress, not an agent of transactions. I advise people on how to balance the emotions of selling and buying while keeping focused on their financial goals, wants and needs.

My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you're not left with an amazing experience, I haven't done my job. I don't measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
Born in Mexico but raised in Houston, Texas, since the age of six years old, I consider myself a native Houstonian. Being bilingual in Spanish gives me access to two different cultures, and therefore, more open and relatable to others. Having experience in many labor industries, such as construction and commercial/residential electrical needs, is a great benet when searching for the perfect home. In today's fast-paced lifestyle, it is important for me to create interpersonal relationships that last a lifetime. My clients can expect me to always go the extra mile and be there every step of the way. My biggest goal in the real estate process is for my clients to feel heard, respected, and satisfied. When not working, you can find me spending quality time with my wife, son, daughter, and dog. I loves long walks and creating memories with my family. Let's not forget soccer, roadtrips, and meditating.

The deal will not wait for you.
Many elements of the selling process are in fact time sensitive.
Her home was on a pretty busy corner and my marketing strategy was to have flyers out and have an open house every Sunday until it sold. We sold the home to a buyer who had a realtor who had told him he could have a discount if he went and looked at homes by himself and found one. The only way he looked was at open houses. If we had not had an open house for 3 weekends we could have missed this buyer. Of course, different homes require different marketing strategies but, because of the busy corner I knew I could get the most people in the home by having it open for them.
Inside the loop, townhomes, single and multifamily properties, whatever your needs, we will find the answer.
The 5 keys to selling your home:
1. Responsiveness: When a buyer calls to ask about a house or wants to see it, give them immediate service if possible. They won’t buy it if they can’t see it or can’t get information on it. They may not call back a second time.
2. Easy access: Make sure the locks on the house are easy to operate and all keys work. It Sounds simple but, first impressions matter. If you can’t even open the door… What else is wrong with the house?
3. Negotiate: every contract no matter how ridiculous the offer. I once had a low ball offer on a duplex that was $90,000 off the price we countered with the price we wanted and they accepted.
4. Presentation:The listing needs good pictures, a good honest description. When you list with us your home is listed on multiple websites
5. Cleanliness.House needs to be as clean and as neat as possible.
Born on Maui, I've lived in Texas since the age of seven and grew up in the area now known as Meadows Place,TX. After graduating from high school in Sugar Land, I headed to the Texas Hill Country for my university education. I moved back to Houston after living and working several years in Austin (a city forever in my heart).
