Maria Jimenez-Marcos

With over 30 years' experience, I provide a creative approach to real estate—whether you are buying, selling, or investing. Clients rely on my negotiation skills, financial insight, and extensive market knowledge.

In addition to being a licensed Broker in both Florida and Texas, I have been recognized as one of the top 5% of Realtors® nationwide, designated by the Council of Residential Specialists and the Graduate Realtors® Institute.

I am an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida and Texas Associations of Realtors, the Miami and Houston Associations of Realtors, and the Houston Independent Real Estate Brokers Association. I belong to the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Argentine American Chamber of Commerce of Florida, and Centro Cultural Español, Miami.

Education is critical in our ever-changing marketplace. I hold a law degree from the Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires and one in Human Resources from Instituto Superior de Relaciones Humanas M. Champagnat. I am also a Certified Mediator from University of Houston.

Over the years, I have served on many non-profit boards and continue my community commitment. I live in between Houston and Miami Beach with my husband, Jorge, an architect. We live close to our daughters and grandchildren.
