Amy Huynh brings decades of success as a small-business owner and property investor to her career in commercial real estate. A native of Biloxi, Mississippi, Amy has been a Houstonian since 2003. She has been a resident of Katy, owned a ranch in Brookshire, and now lives in Piney Point Village with her husband and three children. Amy's husband is a dentist and an attorney. Theirs is a large extended family that enjoys traveling internationally together as well as annual trips to Disney World and international ski trips.

Originally from that festive city of New Orleans, Mathilde C. F. Hoefer has made Houston her home since the 1980's. From 37 years as an International Petroleum Trading executive, George brought his quantitative market value analysis and honed negotiation skills to the real estate business. While his background of valuing commodities continually brings value to his clients—George believes a home is not another commodity and the quantitative value is only part of the story. Emotional value is of equal importance when it comes to buying or selling a home. As he puts it, “With buyers, its 50% “wanting to know exactly what it’s worth” but the other 50% is falling in love with the right house. “In the corporate world, doing a good job benefits shareholders—in the real estate market there is great personal satisfaction in helping people find their right home and building life-long relationships.”

George’s desire to help others, combined with his long-time interest in real estate, complements the Greenwood King team.
