For almost 3 decades, Real Estate has been my passion. I love the intricacies, complexities, & fact that every transaction requires not only market knowledge & competency but also the challenge of surpassing client expectations. I take very seriously & w/ great pride the fact that most of my business comes from past clients, their friends, families & associates. Nothing is more satisfying than to hear from clients whose real estate needs I have handled for decades. Nothing makes me happier than the fact that many of these clients have become lifelong friends.

While my job definitely entails helping clients buy & sell real estate, perhaps the most important aspect of my job is giving clients the most accurate & credible information. Buying or selling are not always the best options. My job is to give my clients information w/ which they can make 1 of the most important decisions of their economic lives. While I am always grateful for the opportunity to market a home, my job is to help clients make the best decision for themselves & their families.

I am a lifelong Houstonian & third generation Texan. Although I grew up in River Oaks & Tanglewood, where my parents built in the 50s, I have lived for the past 40 years in a Museum District home that my father built in 1930.

I have a BS in Horticulture from Texas A&M & am a passionate gardener & garden lover. Like absolutely everyone who writes a profile, I love to travel but at the end of the day, there is no place that beckons me year after year like West Texas. The wide-open spaces of Big Bend, Alpine, Marfa and Terlingua require a road trip with the dogs at least once a year.

When not working, I am either gardening, spending time w/ Lola and Milo my rescue pups, or teaching my feral cats tricks w/ flaming hoops & batons. I am a Feral Cat Colony Manager & support a number of international childrens and animal causes including the ASPCA, Child Fund International.

Other: I live in the Houston area with my husband, Mark, and our two sons. Prior to working in real estate, I was a stay-at-home mom. Before that I worked in the public schools for 8 years as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology. I've always been passionate about helping people. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, cooking and taking walks.
I've lived in the Houston area for most of my adult life. I'm especially familiar with areas of the inner loop: Med Center, Rice, Boulevard Oaks, South Hampton, Montrose, Museum District and Upper Kirby just to name a few. I look forward to visiting with you about your real estate goals!

Amy Huynh brings decades of success as a small-business owner and property investor to her career in commercial real estate. When her busy schedule permits, Amy lends support and volunteers for a number of professional organizations. She also owns a Texas licensed private investigations company, is a public notary, and is involved in her husbands law firm. A native of Biloxi, Mississippi, Amy has been a Houstonian since 2003. She has been a resident of Katy, owned a ranch in Brookshire, and now lives in Piney Point Village with her husband and three children. She often volunteers for projects and events at Memorial High School, Spring Branch Middle School, and Memorial Drive Elementary.

Amy's husband is a dentist and an attorney. Theirs is a large extended family that enjoys traveling internationally together as well as annual trips to Disney World and international ski trips.

Beth Cassidy is a native Houstonian and attended the University of St. Thomas and the Texas Academy of Art where she earned a commercial art degree. This degree served as perfect platform for her to work in the residential and commercial design sectors for many years. Certified in home staging, she has an expert eye for discerning the look that a home should reflect to achieve immediate appeal to someone looking for the perfect home. This experience also serves as a tremendous tool to her buyers as they attempt to visualize placement of their furnishings in a property.

Beth's keen attention to detail, her positive attitude, patience and integrity have become the hallmark of an impressive career. Raising children in the Memorial area afforded her a deep understanding of the market.
