Alicia Lam is a native Houstonian who grew up in the Memorial Villages, where she also currently resides. Lam’s experience in Houston provides a rare combination of extensive market knowledge along with an undeniable enthusiasm for this city. What truly sets Lam apart from her colleagues is her diverse experience in real estate. One of her and her husband’s hobbies includes purchasing investment homes, rehabbing them and selling them to the ideal buyer. Because of her passion and experience in investing, she loves finding clients that have the same aspirations.
Although investing plays an integral role in her experience, Lam is also recognized for her passion for decorating, landscaping and excellence when it comes to home staging. Lam believes that her love of the city and keeping active with her four children, ages 11, 13, 14 and 17, has really driven her to recognize all of what Houston has to offer. Lam attended the University of Texas at Austin where she received a bachelor’s degree in Journalism.

A native Texan who moved to Houston as a young child, Michele Kearns is particularly familiar with Houston’s Uptown, Tanglewood and close-in Memorial neighborhoods. She has witnessed the transformation and development of many of them, as new construction combines with older homes and new generations discover their charm and convenience. In fact, after seven years of high-rise living, she moved into Stablewood, one of the area’s newer planned communities of great estates.
Patient and insightful, Michele understands the stresses of home buying and selling and strives to put client service first throughout the real estate experience. A licensed Realtor® for over twenty years, she believes the buying and selling of a home is one of the most important monetary decisions her clients will make, and it is essential to provide them with all of the tools and knowledge available to assist them in making an informed choice.

A graduate of the University of Texas, Michele is a loyal Longhorn. She is also a very active community volunteer having been a founding member of several charitable groups including the March of Dimes Guild Board, for whom she chaired a March of Dimes Ball, and BRASS (Baylor Research Advocates for Student Scientists). She has also previously served as the President of the Stablewood Women’s Association. She and her husband, Richard, an orthopedic surgeon, are devoted parents of a son, Ian.
