Alicia Lam is a native Houstonian who grew up in the Memorial Villages, where she also currently resides. Lam’s experience in Houston provides a rare combination of extensive market knowledge along with an undeniable enthusiasm for this city. She is extremely fond of Houston and strives to have clients feel the same passion about the city.
What truly sets Lam apart from her colleagues is her diverse experience in real estate. One of her and her husband’s hobbies includes purchasing investment homes, rehabbing them and selling them to the ideal buyer. Because of her passion and experience in investing, she loves finding clients that have the same aspirations.
Although investing plays an integral role in her experience, Lam is also recognized for her passion for decorating, landscaping and excellence when it comes to home staging. Not only does she enjoy helping customers find that perfect home, but she is also very good at helping sell your home. Her patience and knowledge have helped her become recognized for her professional attitude and ability to overcome the obstacles that customers face from time to time.
“I truly believe that finding the right home in an area suited to my client’s personality and interests is the key to being a happy homeowner,” says Lam.
Lam believes that her love of the city and keeping active with her four children, ages 11, 13, 14 and 17, has really driven her to recognize all of what Houston has to offer. Lam attended the University of Texas at Austin where she received a bachelor’s degree in Journalism.
