She has 32 years of experience in the real estate realm, that include purchasing, rehabbing, investing, and selling. She is a landlord with multiple homes in the Houston area. She also has over 28 years of experience in the construction industry having managed estimating teams on multi-million dollar projects. Patricia holds two B.S. degrees from Prairie View A&M University, one in Construction Science and one in Architecture and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
