Patricia is originally from Salinas, California and moved to Houston over 39 years ago. She has 32 years of experience in the real estate realm, that include purchasing, rehabbing, investing, and selling. She is a landlord with multiple homes in the Houston area. She also has over 28 years of experience in the construction industry having managed estimating teams on multi-million dollar projects. Patricia holds two B.S. degrees from Prairie View A&M University, one in Construction Science and one in Architecture and graduated Summa Cum Laude. In 2016 she received her graduate degree from Prairie View A&M University in Community Development. Patricia is very passionate about helping her clients find their dream home, and making sure they are educated in every aspect of the process.
