She also has over 28 years of experience in the construction industry having managed estimating teams on multi-million dollar projects. Patricia holds two B.S. degrees from Prairie View A&M University, one in Construction Science and one in Architecture and graduated Summa Cum Laude. In 2016 she received her graduate degree from Prairie View A&M University in Community Development.
