I am a licensed REALTOR® who recently joined eXp Realty. Prior to joining eXp Realty, I was in the Multi-Family Industry for over 7 years with a well-respected Management Company in the Houston Community and surrounding areas. I was able to successfully guide my new residents to rent their perfect home.



Over the years of helping people relocate it gave me the insight that Real Estate is not just about selling but providing all the resources available to both the buyer and seller in order to make an educated decision.



I understand and appreciate the needs of individuals and families. Relocating by buying or selling is always an important and thoughtful decision. As the 2020 Governor for Women's Council of Realtors Texas, it is a great honor and privilege to serve my community and my city, as Houston is at the forefront of the national real estate market. My experience in real estate has taught me the many nuances of buying and selling real estate, as private, new construction, investment and commercial properties, for local, national and international clients. My background as an international business owner allows me a unique perspective and understanding of the importance of market value, pricing and a successful marketing campaign. I have been in the Houston real estate market for about 8 years, and was previously the Marketing Director for a firm that represented major builders and developers in the city. I have the pleasure to work with many renowned builders and developers in the luxury market, and to offer my expertise to buyers, sellers, builders and investors looking to expand their real estate portfolio in Houston.

Morgan West is a Montgomery County native who grew up and established her career in the Lake Conroe area. Her deep connections to local people, organizations, and businesses have been influential in her decision to pursue real estate in Montgomery County. Morgan wasn't always in the real estate industry. After graduating from Willis High School, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Sam Houston State University. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she was a Marketing Specialist for the State of Texas, as well as the Director of Sales and Operations for her family's manufacturing business. She created and negotiated multi-million dollar contracts and designed cutting edge marketing material to promote and sell products worldwide. Her extensive background in sales, marketing, branding, design, and negotiation provided her with a solid foundation for her real estate career. This foundation, combined with her passion for helping others as well as her natural affinity for the real estate industry, have helped her form a successful, unique real estate business catered to her clients needs.

When she's not helping clients buy or sell houses, you can find Morgan with her son, Harrison, volunteering in the community, enjoying Lake Conroe, and exploring new neighborhoods with their Chiweenie, Peanut. As a native Texan, born in Herman Hospital in Houston and having lived most of my life in Northwest Harris and Montgomery counties, I know these areas well. The growth we have experienced here has been phenomenal to witness and be a part of.
I have come to embrace these changes and know the markets and their trends and trajectories. Our area has moved from an agricultural base to more residential and recreational properties with a retail and commercial base to support that. More than anything, I enjoy helping people discover and navigate all that this area has to offer.
Prior to my real estate career, I was involved in the landscape/horticulture industry and have a natural affinity to the importance of how our lives are enhanced by the spaces that we live and move about in. Real estate and landscape are a natural combination that I love to be involved in.
