Morgan West

Morgan West is a Montgomery County native who grew up and established her career in the Lake Conroe area. Her deep connections to local people, organizations, and businesses have been influential in her decision to pursue real estate in Montgomery County. "I want to help serve the community that has helped me over all these years. Morgan wasn't always in the real estate industry. After graduating from Willis High School, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Sam Houston State University. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she was a Marketing Specialist for the State of Texas, as well as the Director of Sales and Operations for her family's manufacturing business. She created and negotiated multi-million dollar contracts and designed cutting edge marketing material to promote and sell products worldwide. Her extensive background in sales, marketing, branding, design, and negotiation provided her with a solid foundation for her real estate career. This foundation, combined with her passion for helping others as well as her natural affinity for the real estate industry, have helped her form a successful, unique real estate business catered to her clients needs.

When she's not helping clients buy or sell houses, you can find Morgan with her son, Harrison, volunteering in the community, enjoying Lake Conroe, and exploring new neighborhoods with their Chiweenie, Peanut.
