She is a Native Texan and was raised in Katy, so she has grown up seeing the exponential growth the West side of Houston has experienced over the years. Amanda holds a master's degree in nursing, from the University of Texas, Health Science Center at Houston, and has 18 years of experience in the Health Care industry. She is also a graduate of Houston Christian University (formerly Houston Baptist University) graduating in 2005. I attended Texas A&M where I pursued a B.A in Marketing. I transitioned into residential real estate sales after a successful career in supply chain for the oil & gas industry where I worked cross-functionally with teams and customers alike. Originally from Sugar Land, Texas, I have grown into an interloop Houstonian who loves to be in the know of new restaurants, retail developments and outdoor entertainment! During my free time, I love to travel, read, work out and spend time with my family.

Morgan West is a Montgomery County native who grew up and established her career in the Lake Conroe area. Her deep connections to local people, organizations, and businesses have been influential in her decision to pursue real estate in Montgomery County. Morgan wasn't always in the real estate industry. After graduating from Willis High School, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Sam Houston State University. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she was a Marketing Specialist for the State of Texas, as well as the Director of Sales and Operations for her family's manufacturing business. She created and negotiated multi-million dollar contracts and designed cutting edge marketing material to promote and sell products worldwide. Her extensive background in sales, marketing, branding, design, and negotiation provided her with a solid foundation for her real estate career. This foundation, combined with her passion for helping others as well as her natural affinity for the real estate industry, have helped her form a successful, unique real estate business catered to her clients needs.

(Prior to her real estate career, Mary was an executive secretary, floral and party designer, and free-lance commercial artist.) She has been married to her husband, an attorney for 53 years and is the mother of four children, all college graduates living in Houston. Mary has experienced first hand knowledge of Houston's private and public education on all levels--kindergarten through high school--with her own children.

An accomplished artist, a watercolor teacher for almost 30 years and gourmet cook, Mary was editor, illustrator and cover designer of Houston's "Presbyterian Potpourri Cookbook", and illustrator and cover designer of the Houston Junior Forum's "Buffet on the Bayou". An avid and accomplished watercolor artist, Mary volunteered her time from 1986-2018 in teaching Senior Adults through the Houston Junior Forum and later the Watercolor Art Society--Houston. A leader and volunteer in her community, Mary has served on the boards of the Houston Junior Forum, Watercolor Art Society-Houston (a past president), Women of the Church at First Presbyterian Church, is past regent of her DAR chapter and a state vice-chairman of the Arts and Sculpture of Texas State DAR's American Heritage Committee.
