I moved to Houston, Texas in 1980. My career began in real estate when the oil companies started laying off employees. Rather than waiting on a pink slip, I made the move. Along with the lay-offs came the foreclosures! After a couple of years of working for local and out of state bank institutions, I took a position with an out of state investment company. I served as the Vice President for over ten years managing, selling and leasing residential property! I have never focused on one area, as I go where my clients go. If they want to buy a home in Friendswood, I spend time and educate myself on that market. I have sold property in Houston, Friendswood, Missouri City, Clearlake. If you are looking for an agent that will work hard to sell your home (sometimes that means cleaning a litter box because my homeowner is out of town, or picking up dishes because someone was in a rush in the morning) or an agent that will help you find your next home you have found that! I take a no pressure approach as I want you to be happy in the home that you choose! I am also licensed by HUD, and licensed mortgage broker and carry the following designations: SRES, CNE, GRI I, and a Texas Real Estate Broker!

Christopher Stelly was born and raised Houston's East End. Humble beginnings have shaped him and provided the opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people.

Christopher's experience has not always been in real estate. He spent five years as a Wireline operator in the Oil & Gas sector as well as studying Petroleum Land Management. In 2015 after being laid off from two different operations companies, he was inclined to become a licensed real estate agent. Understanding the complexity of a real estate transaction and how overwhelming it can be for a someone is what drives Christopher to be the guide for his clients.

With his previous Oil & Gas experience, he understands the potential for market swings and the requirements that this type of client expects and deserves. Currently a resident in the Energy Corridor, he assists a number of companies place their employees in local housing.

Native Houstonian, BBA from The University of St Thomas, fluent in Spanish. Experienced in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, general contracting, and renovating properties. I have a passion in helping others, I am very service oriented, I will go the extra mile to help my client. I enjoy playing golf, yoga for meditation, love music, the arts, and traveling. I enjoy reading investment and business literature. I have listed and sold many properties throughout the Houston area. Some of these areas include The Heights, Oak Forest, Near Northside, East End and Spring. I served as the Chair for The Greater Northside Chamber of Commerce from 2017-2021. I also mentor individuals on how to invest in Income Producing properties. I have an interest in restoring older homes and bringing them back to their original beauty.
