I moved to Houston, Texas in 1980. My career began in real estate when the oil companies started laying off employees. Rather than waiting on a pink slip, I made the move. Along with the lay-offs came the foreclosures! After a couple of years of working for local and out of state bank institutions, I took a position with an out of state investment company. I served as the Vice President for over ten years managing, selling and leasing residential property! I have never focused on one area, as I go where my clients go. If they want to buy a home in Friendswood, I spend time and educate myself on that market. I have sold property in Houston, Friendswood, Missouri City, Clearlake. If you are looking for an agent that will work hard to sell your home (sometimes that means cleaning a litter box because my homeowner is out of town, or picking up dishes because someone was in a rush in the morning) or an agent that will help you find your next home you have found that! I take a no pressure approach as I want you to be happy in the home that you choose!
