For Eric, a career in real estate has been a lifelong goal, and his hard work and entrepreneurial spirit are evident. He was the youngest agent ever hired at his previous firm and the youngest to earn top-producer honors. Eric obtained his broker's license at the young age of 25, and he's followed that up with Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and Graduate of REALTOR Institute (GRI) designations. Eric works with buyers and sellers throughout the Inner Loop with a special fondness for Bellaire, where he grew up. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston, where he double majored in marketing and finance. Eric is fluent in Vietnamese and resides in Upper Kirby with his beloved dog. In his free time, he enjoys yoga and fitness.

Emelie Mavligit brings a native Houstonian's outlook and understanding of the city and its residents to her career in real estate sales with Compass Real Estate. Growing up in West University, Emelie has a close attachment to the neighborhood and the neighborhoods of Houston proper.


Graced with an outgoing personality, Emelie is a go-getter who is at the same time extremely meticulous and organized. A previous, 10-year career in marketing, public relations and event planning honed her communications skills and gives her excellent marketing savvy and an enviable list of resources to call upon. Emelie attended the High School for Performing and Visual Arts for dance as well as Mirabeau B. Lamar High School. She received a BA in communications, with an emphasis in public relations and marketing, from the University of Houston.
