For Eric, a career in real estate has been a lifelong goal, and his hard work and entrepreneurial spirit are evident. He was the youngest agent ever hired at his previous firm and the youngest to earn top-producer honors. Eric obtained his broker's license at the young age of 25, and he's followed that up with Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and Graduate of REALTOR Institute (GRI) designations. Eric works with buyers and sellers throughout the Inner Loop with a special fondness for Bellaire, where he grew up. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston, where he double majored in marketing and finance. Eric is fluent in Vietnamese and resides in Upper Kirby with his beloved dog. In his free time, he enjoys yoga and fitness.
