A former international missionary and commercial flight attendant, Maria chose what she calls the challenging but rewarding real estate profession as a career because, as an investor in several country properties, she wanted to learn more about the business and earn extra money. She feels she brings a unique perspective and upbeat personality, with a “Latin flavor,” to the profession.

She describes herself as caring, kind, tenacious, feisty, positive, friendly and hard working. Customer service is her top priority and the transforming of clients into raving fans is her ultimate goal.

Born in El Salvador, along with her teenage sister, Maria was adopted at the age of 14 by a family in Maine. She now makes her home in Brenham, Texas, and is the mother of a beautiful daughter named Mariah.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing soccer, horseback riding, cooking and reading Christian books. Because she feels so blessed to have been adopted herself, orphan ministry is her passion. She wants to be a voice for orphans and supports several orphanages in Central America.

As an Army veteran and actor (starring in the 2008 movie Garrison as well as numerous commercials), my experience has taught me the importance of having vision.
