A Texan at heart, Margarita didn't stray far from Houston, earning a Finance degree from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, where she was also a member of Alpha Kappa Psi. After five years in consulting and financial analysis, Margarita chose to pursue a career in real estate because "I enjoy the human interaction and I know that success is defined by results." She adds, "What makes this job special to me is that it's not about finding a house-it's about finding a home."

Conversational in Russian and Hebrew, Margarita lives with her husband, Mike, and dog, Toby. Her hobbies include travel, the arts, tennis, and working out. Active in her community, she is a regular volunteer at Texas Children's Hospital. "Bringing joy to any child is a gift in itself, especially a child whose life has taken a step back."
