Kathy Jones
Kathy Jones is a native Houstonian who, in 1979, became a Realtor® and an Associate of Wayland Hancock Properties, a company founded in 1970 by Kathy's family and named for her grandfather. Kathy has a broad, firsthand knowledge of the history and trends of the Houston real estate marketplace. During her career, Kathy obtained her Broker's license and became a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.
Her years of experience, market knowledge, and desire to provide excellent, personalized service combine to make her a star in the industry. She has been recognized multiple times as the 'Realtor of the Week' in The Houston Chronicle, consistently been a top producer, and won numerous builder and developer awards for her work. For the past nine consecutive years, Kathy has been honored as a "Five Star Realtor" in Texas Monthly Magazine.
Kathy has earned the respect and admiration of her peers and a reputation in the industry for providing personalized, award-winning representation for her buyers and sellers. Her listing focus is directed toward homes located in ‘close-in’ neighborhoods that include West University Place, Bellaire, River Oaks, Memorial, Upper Kirby, and Houston’s Rice/Texas Medical Center.
