Growing up an 8th Generation Houstonian provides me with knowledge to guide Buyers find the right property. Andres Montalvo was born in Monterrey, Mexico. He spent most of his childhood in Mexico with Spanish being his first language. He later moved to Houston prior to attending Texas A&M University where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Geophysics. He graduated Cum Laude and Phi-Kappa-Phi which represents being in the top 7% of your graduating class. He was named to the Geoscience Dean's List and was nominated for outstanding Senior.

A highly analytic approach has allowed Andres to keep up with trends while growing and learning how to better implement new strategies and technology to ensure that his clients experience a seamless transaction from contract to closing.
