John Karas, a long time Houstonian, started his real estate career in May of 2015 and has proven to be a results driven professional. Prior to joining the world of Real Estate, John spent over 20 years working as a marketing and communications professional with organizations such as Deloitte, Royal Dutch Shell, BMC Software, and ABC Television.
John grew up in Houston and graduated from Houston Baptist University with degrees in both Business Administration and Communications. Born in Michigan, Kevin moved with his family to Katy, TX when he was eight years old. His parents still live in Katy and his brother lives in Texas City. Kevin graduated from Taylor High School in Katy and earned a degree in economics from The University of Texas at Austin. When not working, Kevin is a regular volunteer at The Ronald McDonald House at Texas Children’s Hospital and attends Trinity Lutheran Church in downtown Houston. He enjoys playing golf, working out, running, traveling, following his favorite sports teams, sampling craft beer, spending time with his family, and “spoiling my niece.”

Margaret is a native Houstonian and a graduate of St. Agnes Academy. She earned a degree in marketing from Texas Tech University, where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She received her MBA in finance from the University of Houston.
Margaret is active in her community by supporting area schools such as St. Vincent de Paul, Mark Twain, Pershing and others. She is on the advisory board for the Council on Recovery and is the Neighborhood Champion for Small Business Saturday, rallying participation and building community awareness of the role small businesses play.
