I am genuinely enthusiastic about real estate, yet my passion surpasses the typical closing excitement. My passion begins at the basics exploring the property, learning the client's desires and behaviors, then empowering them by educating on every step of the real estate process. Before beginning my career in real estate, I bought, revitalized, and sold my own homes which peaked my interest and after moving to Texas, I decided it was time to help others. As a Houston native, Shamika is a product of local schools, attending James Madison High School and studying Business Administration at Texas Southern University. After working in the banking and title industry for several years, Shamika started her career as a Real Estate Professional in 2005.
