Pene Moore has been actively assisting Houston's buyers and sellers for over 25 years. Affiliating with Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty in 1983, Pene has been a consistent top producer in the firm and has established a reputation of competence, dedication, market knowledge, and excellence in the real estate industry. A native Texan, Pene was born in Wichita Falls and grew up in Dallas. Her educational background includes Mary Baldwin College, The University of Texas at Austin, and Texas A&M University. A Bachelor of Arts degree awarded with honors was obtained from Texas A&M. She has one son, Roy, who practices law in Houston.

Pene is a founding member of the Circle of Excellence program at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty. In 1998, Martha Turner initiated the Hall of Fame that recognizes agents who have been Circle of Excellence winners for five consecutive years. As a Houston native, Shamika is a product of local schools, attending James Madison High School and studying Business Administration at Texas Southern University. After working in the banking and title industry for several years, Shamika started her career as a Real Estate Professional in 2005. She recognizes the level of trust and confidence her clients deserve, and works hard daily to surpass their expectations. She also strives to be a part of the solution to the lack of minority homeowners in our communities.







Shamika is a board member with the Womens Council of the Houston Black Real Estate Association and the recipient of the 2022 NAREB Emerging Leaders Top Producer Award.
