Mike Krakower, a second-generation Houstonian, is a consummate professional steeped in business acumen. Upon graduation from The University of Texas with a Bachelor's degree in Business, he joined his family's wholesale plumbing supply business. For 20+ years he served as the CEO of the company immersing him in invaluable experience regarding every aspect of the business world.

Selling his company and entering the world of real estate has been a stellar decision. Mike's CEO background taught him how to identify quality construction, how to work well with people and especially how to be detail oriented in all aspects of doing business. He has a passion for real estate because when a person is buying or selling a home, it is deeply personal. Mike states, "A home has memories that make up one's world. Mike has volunteered as an in-home Hospice patient volunteer for more than eight years. He has been a baseball and softball coach as well as serving as a board member for the local Little League. He has been president for Young Executive of the Wholesale Distributors Association and the American Supply Association. He also volunteered for 10 years with the Houston Marathon's Elite Athlete Committee.

When not working, he enjoys attending Astro and Texans games. He is an adamant outdoorsman, with a love for fishing and playing golf.

Rosemary's entreprenurial spirit and business autonomy have propelled her through publishing and healthcare careers as well as contract sales with Xerox & Honeywell, but real estate has claimed the longest tenure spanning nearly two decades. Much of her time in real estate has been with major Houston agencies. She credits her broad range of experiences with sharpening her business skills and guiding her on how to effectively communicate with the clients she represents. 

Rosemary believes the best part of her career is creating a happy, seamless outcome for her buyers and sellers while identifying and meeting the personal goals of each client. She takes pride in helping Houston transplants as well as those new to the area in finding the perfect home. Equally enjoyable is positioning and marketing a client's home for a successful outcome. Having grown up in Sugar Land and moving to Houston after high school, Rosemary knows this market well and that knowledge works to the advantage of all of her clients. 

In addition to affiliation with local, state and national real estate associations, Rosemary is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She is also a past president of her previous neighborhood's homeowners' association representing more than 2,000 homes. 

Entertaining in their Woodlands home and traveling the world -- from the Artic Circle to the Mediterranean -- occupy a large portion of the time she shares with her husband, Randy. When not working or traveling, Rosemary enjoys time with family gatherings of children and grandchildren or cheering for the Astros, Texas and especially the Rockets. She also enjoys gardening and landscaping and is a Master Gardener.

With a lot of connections to Texas through family, education, business and long time friends, my goal eventually centered on becoming part of the greater Houston community. In 2005, I was fortunate enough to move, with my family of five children, to the Woodlands, Texas. Aside from raising a large family and all that entails, I wanted to be involved in the local projects that benefit those that needed a "hand up". I decided my focus would be on charities and family funding raising opportunities, and I have been involved in Angel Tree and Montgomery County Women's Shelter/Youth Services for many years.

I have dabbled in home renovations up until 4 years ago, when I decided to further my career and obtain my Real Estate license. Since then I have had the honor of representing first time buyers/sellers, luxury buyers/sellers, repeat clients and referrals.

A few of my accomplishments include: Top Individual Listing Agent in Brokerage, Top 10 in Closed Volume, Top 10 in Listing Volume and Top 10 in Listing Units.
