Michael Krakower

Mike Krakower, a second-generation Houstonian, is a consummate professional steeped in business acumen. Upon graduation from The University of Texas with a Bachelor's degree in Business, he joined his family's wholesale plumbing supply business. For 20+ years he served as the CEO of the company immersing him in invaluable experience regarding every aspect of the business world.

Selling his company and entering the world of real estate has been a stellar decision. Mike's CEO background taught him how to identify quality construction, how to work well with people and especially how to be detail oriented in all aspects of doing business. He has a passion for real estate because when a person is buying or selling a home, it is deeply personal. Mike states, "A home has memories that make up one's world. Helping a client buy or sell their home is more than just finding them a place to sleep. The word sanctuary comes to mind when I think of home."

Making his clients as happy as possible is paramount for him. He is hands-on with every detail of a transaction ensuring that things go smoothly from contract to closing. His extraordinary listening skills and good business sense have yielded him an outstanding reputation, which he proudly stands behind.

Mike has volunteered as an in-home Hospice patient volunteer for more than eight years. He has been a baseball and softball coach as well as serving as a board member for the local Little League. He has been president for Young Executive of the Wholesale Distributors Association and the American Supply Association. He also volunteered for 10 years with the Houston Marathon's Elite Athlete Committee.

When not working, he enjoys attending Astro and Texans games. He is an adamant outdoorsman, with a love for fishing and playing golf.
