I am a realtor as well as real estate investor who specializes in residential investment properties, HUD sales, complete home makeovers and property management. I am from Houston, and have spent many years learning the different parts of town. I currently live in the Bryan/College Station Area, and am an active real estate investor in the area. Cindy KNOWS Houston! She has sold everything from a spectacular horse farm in Ft Bend County to a penthouse in River Oaks…and lots more in between. She even sold Julia Child's home in Provence, "La Pitchoune".

Cindy considers herself to be very blessed; she truly loves real estate, her clients, her West Highland Terrier, Dame Agatha, and her many friends and family. When not working, Cindy enjoys entertaining and spending time with the greatest four nieces, a nephew and seven great nephews that any aunt could ever wish for.

Mayra is a multi-dimensional member of Coton House Realty. She originally joined Laurie Coton, the founder of the agency, as an interior design assistant and enjoys applying her design skills to the work she now conducts as a Realtor. She helps her clients envision their lifestyle after helping them find their new dream home.



Working as an Export Specialist for 10 years, coordinating shipments between major companies and their clients has equipped Mayra with valuable skills applicable to the real estate industry. Communication, attention to detail and efficient use of time are important traits, especially in real estate. She uses her creativity in marketing her listings through social media and development of electronic flyers and collateral print materials.



First time home buyers, families with children and Millennials are especially comfortable working with Mayra, who focuses primarily in the geographic area south of Houston. However, having grown up in Houston, she says, she wants to work any-where with anyone she is able to help. She is multilingual and speaks fluent Spanish.
