Cindy Burns
Cindy Burns has a secret. "Don't let anyone know how much fun I'm having." She really believes she was born to sell real estate. It is this fun and fresh approach to what she does combined with her knowledge of the Houston market and her skills as a Realtor which have earned Cindy the loyalty and appreciation of her clients.
Cindy returns to the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence every year and is a member of the Hall of Fame, a distinction reserved for the company's top producing agents. In 2010, she was honored as the company's number-two producer and was ranked 11th among all Houston Realtors by the Houston Business Journal. There are over 35,000 Realtors in Harris County and Cindy consistently ranks as one of the top 200 in production according to www.har.com. She was one of the first Realtors in the state of Texas to earn the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and she is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
An innovative approach to marketing and attention to detail are only two of the reasons Cindy continues to produce quick results for her sellers. She believes in a "hands-on" approach to ensure her clients receive the highest level of service throughout the sale process. "We have the technology available today that enables me to provide volumes of information as quickly as possible to my clients," says Cindy. "I include them in every step of the transaction."
Cindy KNOWS Houston! She has sold everything from a spectacular horse farm in Ft Bend County to a penthouse in River Oaks…and lots more in between. She even sold Julia Child's home in Provence, "La Pitchoune".
Cindy considers herself to be very blessed; she truly loves real estate, her clients, her West Highland Terrier, Dame Agatha, and her many friends and family. When not working, Cindy enjoys entertaining and spending time with the greatest four nieces, a nephew and seven great nephews that any aunt could ever wish for.
