She has traveled to many cities across the country but feels that none compare to what Houston has to offer. She appreciates this great city for its young professionals, growing families, and vibrant retiring population. With the amazing growth and new development in Fort Bend County, she currently focuses on Sugar Land and the surrounding areas.

MaryAnn has been in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. She became a nurse in 2005 and received a Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2012. Although she loves caring for others in the healthcare setting, she also has a passion for real estate. She enjoys helping others find a home to meet their needs and dreams. Estelle Elles was born in South Africa, and completed a Law Degree before joining the South African Foreign Service. In 1983 Estelle was transferred to Houston and worked as Vice Consul. She married a Texan, Jim Elles. Jim is a licensed Realtor. In 1987 Estelle got her Real Estate license and has been active in all aspects of residential real estate. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers in all areas of Houston and surrounding communities. When working with relocation clients, she likes to give them a broad overview of Houston, and then finds a property that will best fit their needs and lifestyle. During her 24 years with Bernstein Realty, Estelle has been honored many times with various awards of distinction. Estelle was named Top Producer of the company multiple times.
