I studied International Relations at the University of Southern California. After spending a few years working in International Finance for Charles Schwab in San Francisco and then Lehman Brothers in New York and Hong Kong, I went onto obtain a Master degree in International Economics at Johns Hopkins University in Washington DC. It was in Washington DC, when I decided to launch a career in real estate, mostly buying and selling pre-foreclosure homes. When I returned to Houston, I decided to take my skillsets in scoring great deals in real estate and utilize these to help homeowners sell their homes for top dollar and buy homes for a great price. A native Houstonian, Mr. Kurmadas has worked within the real estate market as an investor and private lender since 2013. His experiences have cultivated in him a keen eye for property opportunities and values from an investor's perspective.

Prior to his entry into real estate, Mr. Kurmadas was a leader within the temporary and permanent physician staffing industry since 1995, serving as a trusted advisor to countless hospitals, clinics, state & federal institutions nationally. He was the founding President of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO) in 2000 and has spoken to graduating classes of various medical programs including Baylor College of Medicine, University of Texas Medical Branch, Texas Tech Health Sciences Center & the Interservice Physician Assistant Program sponsored by the U.S. Army Medical Department and U.S. Army Health Readiness Center of Excellence. In 2017, he sold his company to a burgeoning healthcare firm in Nashville, expanding his industry-changing business model on a larger scale.

I am proud to say I am a native Houstonian. I entered the real estate industry through mortgage while attending the University of Houston. After 23 years in mortgage, I obtained my real estate license in 2007. I became a real estate broker in 2010. I love to help and mentor other agents so I became an instructor in 2019 with the Texas Real Estate Commission. I earned my BS in Business Information Systems but chose to stay with what I enjoyed - Real Estate. With my many years in real estate sales, I offer strong customer service standards and I am a keen negotiator. Because my background also includes several years in the mortgage industry I understand all parts of a real estate transaction from contract to closing.
