Gregory Kurmadas

Greg Kurmadas is a local Real Estate Advisor, representing both Commercial and Residential buyers and sellers.

A native Houstonian, Mr. Kurmadas has worked within the real estate market as an investor and private lender since 2013. His experiences have cultivated in him a keen eye for property opportunities and values from an investor's perspective.

Prior to his entry into real estate, Mr. Kurmadas was a leader within the temporary and permanent physician staffing industry since 1995, serving as a trusted advisor to countless hospitals, clinics, state & federal institutions nationally. He was the founding President of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO) in 2000 and has spoken to graduating classes of various medical programs including Baylor College of Medicine, University of Texas Medical Branch, Texas Tech Health Sciences Center & the Interservice Physician Assistant Program sponsored by the U.S. Army Medical Department and U.S. Army Health Readiness Center of Excellence. In 2017, he sold his company to a burgeoning healthcare firm in Nashville, expanding his industry-changing business model on a larger scale.
He brings to real estate the same professional focus, diligence, trustworthiness and commitment to excellence that he displayed during his many years within healthcare.
