Working to keep her pulse on the city, Tammy works in both residential and commercial real estate. Prior to becoming an agent, Tammy was responsible for the locations of her employer. She has brought 20 years of experience in commercial leasing, space planning and project management to her real estate clients. During that same time, Tammy became a mediator working with family, labor and civil disputes. That experience lends a special skill set when it comes to the negotiating table for her clients. Tammy seeks to provide concierge service for her clientele. Working in residential and commercial real estate, Tammy understands the synergism between the two. Tammy has worked in the legal field as a law firm's Firm Administrator and, independently, as a mediator. She has also served her community in an elected position. She has volunteered with Star of Hope and Interfaith Research and Ministries and was a charter member of the Houston Lady Lions (Lions International). Currently, Tammy leads a financial responsibility course in the Memorial Villages. Anita Bormaster, a native Houstonian, spent the first part of her career in the nonprofit sector as a development professional, aligning the interests and passions of individuals and families with projects to better the community. Living in West Houston for the past forty plus years, I have personally experienced the gradual growth and development of various parts of the Houston Metropolitan area. In pursuit of my passion for architecture, I received my Master's Degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University in 1988. Upon graduation, I started my career in residential architecture by joining MHI Homebuilders, and later worked for several architectural firms specializing in commercial buildings such as apartments and condominiums, schools, retail centers, and hospitality buildings. In 2013, I transitioned back into the real estate business, joining RE/MAX Westside Realtors, and later REALM Real Estate Professionals in 2016. Most recently, I joined JPAR - The Sears Group in September 2020. Utilizing my professional background in architecture, analytical insight, and strong attention to detail, I serve my clients, both buyers and sellers, in the most effective way possible.
