A native Houstonian, Mr. Kurmadas has worked within the real estate market as an investor and private lender since 2013. His experiences have cultivated in him a keen eye for property opportunities and values from an investor's perspective.

Prior to his entry into real estate, Mr. Kurmadas was a leader within the temporary and permanent physician staffing industry since 1995, serving as a trusted advisor to countless hospitals, clinics, state & federal institutions nationally. He was the founding President of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO) in 2000 and has spoken to graduating classes of various medical programs including Baylor College of Medicine, University of Texas Medical Branch, Texas Tech Health Sciences Center & the Interservice Physician Assistant Program sponsored by the U.S. Army Medical Department and U.S. Army Health Readiness Center of Excellence. In 2017, he sold his company to a burgeoning healthcare firm in Nashville, expanding his industry-changing business model on a larger scale.
He brings to real estate the same professional focus, diligence, trustworthiness and commitment to excellence that he displayed during his many years within healthcare.

Cat Blevins is an experienced agent, serving the Houston area market. After earning a degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of South Alabama, she received her real estate license. A move to Houston allowed Cat to continue her real estate career in Texas. Cat specializes in residential, but has experience with waterfront and land development. She has served on the board of several non-profit tennis organizations and enjoys volunteering. After more than a decade in public accounting as a licensed CPA, Jennifer is applying her analytical skills and eye for detail to the residential real estate market. Born and raised in our great city, Jennifer is a native Houstonian. A proud graduate of Stratford High School, Jennifer is also a proud Aggie! Graduating magna cum laude from the Mays Business School, Jennifer earned a master's degree in finance and an undergraduate degree in accounting. Jennifer was a member and Recruitment Chairman of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Always social, Jennifer is a great communicator and has a passion for people. She has the skills it takes to truly understand her clients' needs and will ensure that their expectations are met every time. Jennifer enjoys volunteering thru her membership at the Junior League of Houston and has served in many Charity Ball committee positions.
