Martin Ramirez is a native Houstonian and a graduate from the University of Houston. A proud native Houstonian, Susan Syamken has also lived in California & New Jersey. After eight years Susan realized that she was ready to return to the Lone Star State and raise a family. Her fightin' Texas Aggie husband's job then took the family to New Jersey for a few years where they experienced East Coast living. Ensconced in their "forever home," Susan enthusiastically embraces her favorite things about Houston; Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Nutcracker Market, Memorial Park running, Mexican food, and college sports. Residing in West Houston, Susan enjoys time with her husband & daughters supporting the community. Susan's interesting career path has encompassed high level executive conference planning, Hollywood accounting, Associate Publisher in Relocation publication, Business Development Manager in title, & Marketing Specialist. This diversified skillset allows her to offer her clients unparalleled partnership to provide value, integrity & professionalism.
