Susan Syamken

A proud native Houstonian, Susan Syamken has also lived in California & New Jersey. After eight years Susan realized that she was ready to return to the Lone Star State and raise a family. Her fightin' Texas Aggie husband's job then took the family to New Jersey for a few years where they experienced East Coast living. Ensconced in their "forever home," Susan enthusiastically embraces her favorite things about Houston; Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Nutcracker Market, Memorial Park running, Mexican food, and college sports. Residing in West Houston, Susan enjoys time with her husband & daughters supporting the community. Susan's interesting career path has encompassed high level executive conference planning, Hollywood accounting, Associate Publisher in Relocation publication, Business Development Manager in title, & Marketing Specialist. This diversified skillset allows her to offer her clients unparalleled partnership to provide value, integrity & professionalism. Susan embraces the philosophy that one's path may not be exactly as planned, but it will take you to your best with hard work & dedication. The success of her real estate career is founded on her appreciation of "listening" & she relishes doing the research & 'hunting' for her client's dream home. A strong believer in giving back to the community, Susan is an active sustainer in the Junior League of Houston & member of the National Charity League of West Houston. She has worked with various charities including JDRF, Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation, Cade R. Alpard Foundation for Pediatric Liver Disease & more. She received the Distinguished Service Award from the Texas PTA for the school year of 2013-2014 with SBISD. She supports her church & looking for a charity for Parkinsons/Alzeheimers to support.
