Living in West Houston for the past forty plus years, I have personally experienced the gradual growth and development of various parts of the Houston Metropolitan area. Managing my family's real estate investment company and overlooking more than 30 properties in Houston, Katy, and Conroe gave me the opportunity to be exposed to the real estate market conditions during its highs and lows. As a result, I have a good knowledge and unique perspective of the local real estate market and its changing cycles. In pursuit of my passion for architecture, I received my Master's Degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University in 1988. Upon graduation, I started my career in residential architecture by joining MHI Homebuilders, and later worked for several architectural firms specializing in commercial buildings such as apartments and condominiums, schools, retail centers, and hospitality buildings. In 2013, I transitioned back into the real estate business, joining RE/MAX Westside Realtors, and later REALM Real Estate Professionals in 2016. Most recently, I joined JPAR - The Sears Group in September 2020. Utilizing my professional background in architecture, analytical insight, and strong attention to detail, I serve my clients, both buyers and sellers, in the most effective way possible. Originally from The Woodlands, Realtor associate Mindy Voyles moved to Houston in 2000, with her husband Adam and their children.  They landed in Briargrove (which they loved) and later moved to the Memorial Villages where they put down roots.  Though she was busy raising three kids and volunteering at schools, she also started doing accounting work for small businesses. "I have always been very detailed oriented and budget conscious.  I have a business degree from SMU with a minor in Mathematics, so doing accounting work for small businesses has been a good fit for me," says Mindy.  Working with business owners to help them stay organized, on budget and on track with their financial goals gives Mindy a unique perspective and appreciation of clients' budgetary needs.  Mindy's interest in real estate has evolved over the years through her experiences of buying and selling homes of her own, remodeling, and building new.  "I love every aspect and stage of the home buying and selling process - from finding the perfect move-in-ready home to an existing property with great potential to the clean slate of a lot.  With my accounting background, attention to detail and competitive drive, my clients will benefit whether they are looking to sell their home or finding their dream home - or both!" Jennifer Lucio's ties to Houston run deep. Born and bred in Baytown, Jennifer began her personal homeownership in 2000 inside Loop-610 and eventually migrated to Spring Branch in 2003. She currently lives in Spring Valley Village.
