Our Broker, Michael Reyes is a 28 year old Houston native. He holds a honors bachelor's degree in accounting and another one in real estate finance from the University of Houston. Currently, he is working towards obtaining a Texas certified public accountant license (CPA). His journey has allowed him to gain extensive knowledge in real estate tax strategy, real estate law, and real estate finance for both residential and commercial transactions. He embarked on his career as a realtor in 2015, and in May 2023, he achieved a significant milestone by becoming a broker and establishing his own real estate brokerage firm called SkyNet Properties LLC.

Our firm is proudly family owned and operated. Michael's parents, Michael Sr. and Melissa Reyes, are general contractors and have more than 30 years experience in residential and commercial construction across the country. Melissa Reyes is also an expert agent at SkyNet Properties. Their company, Creative Techniques, has helped hundreds of investors and families develop and remodel real estate efficiently and profitably.
