Greg Kurmadas is a local Real Estate Advisor, representing both Commercial and Residential buyers and sellers.

A native Houstonian, Mr. Kurmadas has worked within the real estate market as an investor and private lender since 2013. His experiences have cultivated in him a keen eye for property opportunities and values from an investor's perspective.

Prior to his entry into real estate, Mr. Kurmadas was a leader within the temporary and permanent physician staffing industry since 1995, serving as a trusted advisor to countless hospitals, clinics, state & federal institutions nationally. He was the founding President of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO) in 2000 and has spoken to graduating classes of various medical programs including Baylor College of Medicine, University of Texas Medical Branch, Texas Tech Health Sciences Center & the Interservice Physician Assistant Program sponsored by the U.S. Army Medical Department and U.S. Army Health Readiness Center of Excellence. In 2017, he sold his company to a burgeoning healthcare firm in Nashville, expanding his industry-changing business model on a larger scale.
He brings to real estate the same professional focus, diligence, trustworthiness and commitment to excellence that he displayed during his many years within healthcare.

A long-time resident of Houston, Cathy Harper draws on a 20-year background in marketing, consulting and psychology to drive results for buyers and sellers. At heart, she is a problem-solver, and she will work tirelessly to ensure successful, seamless transactions for her clients. She strives to create productive client relationships by understanding needs and motivations, listening attentively, and offering guidance through clear insight into the local real estate market.

Cathy's background includes years of experience as an online marketing manager for major corporate retailers. Most recently, she directed business development efforts for TILTPIXEL, a commercial real estate marketing firm that creates imagery and short films for developers, builders and architects. A Texas A&M Aggie with degrees in Psychology and Marketing, Cathy is deeply committed and passionate about all aspects of real estate.

When not meeting buyers and sellers, Cathy keeps up with her two kids and two French Bulldogs. She is a Peloton addict and avid bookworm.

Brenda Persons Crenshaw has a diverse background in real estate. She holds a BBA in Real Estate Finance, Licensed Real Estate Agent, and Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. . Brenda is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and Commercial Real Estate Women. She is also active in NAIOP, ULI and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
