Mark Pesek is a third generation Houstonian who grew up in the Memorial area. After graduating from Memorial High School, Mark attended the University of Texas at San Antonio, earning a BBA in Small Business Management. After graduating, he returned to Houston where he managed his family's retail business. Mark has always had a passion for real estate and for providing great service. Combining these two passions, Mark enjoys building new relationships and showing people the different areas of Houston. Mark currently lives in Midtown with his wife and dog. Mark enjoys this area of town because of the proximity to parks, great restaurants and other exciting things that downtown has to offer.

Richard worked numerous years with one of the largest home builders in the United States as a sales manager, general sales manager while also heading the companies investment (resale) property division. Katelyn Pham is an ambitious and hardworking professional who has proven on multiple occasions how much time and energy she dedicated to her work and to her clients. A long-time resident in Houston, TX growing up speaking both fluent and conversational in English and Vietnamese language, she is able to communicate effectively with those in which she surrounds herself with. She successfully graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. After graduation, she quickly found work for private company and volunteered for non-profit organizations for many years. Prior to joining the team at 5th Stream Realty, she has been in the real estate business serving clients in residential and commercial sales for several years. For the duration of this time, she maintained an efficient and effective work ethic that proved to be an essential accomplishment for her clients' real estate business needs.

Mya Carroll is a Business and Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Author, Real Estate Agent, Founder of Phoenix Women's Outreach, Inc., Founder and C.E.O. of RM Carroll Enterprise, LLC. Former Chair of the South Houston Concerned Citizens' Coalition, Board of Director to Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone 9 (TIRZ 9), and sits on several other boards.

She received her Bachelor of Science at University of Houston Clear Lake in Psychology with minors in Women Studies and Behavioral Analysis. She continued her education at University of Houston Downtown studying her Master's in Nonprofit Management.

In 2015 Mya received a Proclamation from Annise D. Parker, the Mayor of the City of Houston and declared April 17th "Mya Carroll's Day". With a numerous number of other awards, honors and acknowledgements Mya's most recent award was Houston Business Journal "Women Who Mean Business" 2019.

Mya has dedicated 20 plus years in personal and professional development of people nationally and globally working in the corporate world.
