Billy Bishop, a Houston native, began his real estate career after working in New York City on Wall Street for Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. where he was part of an internal sales and marketing team for the company's asset management division. Since returning from New York to pursue Real Estate, Billy has received numerous awards including Monthly Top Sales Agent, Monthly Top Listing Agent, Monthly Top Leasing Agent, Top Lease-Listing Agent in 2015 and Bernstein Realty's 2015 Rising Star Award which recognizes an agent who is dedicated, a hard worker, a team player and is always willing to help others. For the past several years, Billy has been an active member of HAR's exclusive YPN Advisory board. Most recently, Billy was announced as a finalist for Houston Agent Magazine's 2016 Rookie of the Year.

Billy graduated from Tyler Junior College with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance. Playing tennis in college, Billy was All-American at Tyler Junior College and Marist College as well as the 2010 NJCAA National Champions and 2013 NCAA Division I Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Champions.

Broker Associate Inga Laughlin Smith brings an impressive background in international business to her real estate practice. Inga was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and has been a resident of Houston since 1989. After graduating from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, she moved to Houston to pursue a career in banking. For 10 years, Inga worked in international banking for “Fortune 100” oil and gas clientele handling transactions on both the marketing and credit sides of the business. She applies numerous transferable skills to her real estate practice; specifically, strong negotiation, marketing, contract and documentation skills.

Inga began her real estate career with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty in 2008. She serves clients primarily in the Memorial area, Briargrove, The Heights and other traditional neighborhoods in Houston.

Inga has earned her Master Certified Negotiation designation (MCNE) and firmly believes it is important for her clients to know that she continuously expands her knowledge base. “I feel very strongly about staying current on trends in the industry and keeping myself abreast of the ever changing market.”

Inga is married and the mother of three boys. Outside of real estate, she is involved in her boy’s schools, Memorial Middle School and Memorial High School. While her boys attended Frostwood Elementary, Inga was recognized for her volunteerism to the school and received the PTA Lifetime Achievement Award. Inga is a sustaining member of The Junior League of Houston, serves as a member of the Whispering Oaks Civic Club Architectural Committee, and is an active volunteer with the Whispering Oaks Woman’s Club, and an Alumni of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She enjoys gardening, reading, estate sales, and her boys’ sports activities.

Dawn is a seasoned professional who brings immense talent to the real estate world. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Architecture, she spent nine years working as a design and production architect for an award-winning commercial Landscape Architecture firm. During that time, her expertise was utilized in helping design projects that changed the landscape of Houston. Leaving this corporate role, Dawn developed a successful design firm specializing in residential design and construction. Today, this combined experience has given her an intimate knowledge of the diverse neighborhoods of Houston. This has proven to be a great asset when assisting her buyers and sellers.

With a rich architectural background, Dawn provides an extra level of knowledge when it comes to design possibilities, quality of construction and spotting possible issues that need to be investigated. With 20 years of experience in the design industry, she is extremely well versed in detecting which elements of a home appeal to her clients' design aesthetic and embraces the challenge of matching them with the perfect home.

AnJee is a Houston Area Native growing up in Missouri City/Sugar Land. In May of 2016, after receiving both academic and athletic scholarships to play collegiate volleyball (captain), she graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors and received her bachelor's degree in biology and applied arts & science. Her mother and father instilled in her the importance of excelling in academics, being honest and trustworthy, a leader and most importantly a team player.

Real Estate is in AnJee's DNA! She grew up assisting her father, a veteran army sergeant, with investing, rehabbing homes, buying raw land/lots, flipping, renting out properties, managing Airbnb/tiny homes and recently with beginning to build an 8-plex.
